Lynette is a certified Metabolic Terrain Advocate with a degree in Psychology and extensive experience working in the field of mental, emotional, spiritual, and metabolic health. Always having an interest in health, supportive care, and diet as it relates to health, advocating for full-spectrum of care measures is a natural interest. She has a passion to help patients uncover the root causes of their metabolic health – physical, spiritual, mental and emotional. Her focus is to help guide them on ways to heal and recover their health by educating, encouraging, empowering and equipping them with knowledge in diet, lifestyle changes, spiritual support, deciphering labs and tests as they relate to symptoms, and ways to mitigate side effects of treatments.
When her husband was diagnosed with aggressive cancer in 2021, Lynette dove further into researching root causes to try and discover why and how to reclaim his health. This journey led them to do extensively research care options and to seeking guidance and treatment from a wide array of integrative, naturopathic, homeopathic and even conventionally trained medical professionals. Along this journey it became very clear that there was a lack of support for patients seeking more solutions beyond the standard of care approach to when dealing with chronic health issues. Lynette felt led to fill that role by obtaining certification in terrain advocacy. Additionally, she has obtained her Blueprint Certification with 3X4Genetics and continues to educate herself in all areas of metabolic health. She seeks to support patients in all facets of their health journey as in the role of advocate as part of their health team.
Lynette’s husband has been in the military for over 32 years, and as a result they lived in, and traveled to many areas of the United States as well as Japan and South America where they experienced many approaches to health and healing. She and her husband currently live in North Central Florida where they enjoy hiking, kayaking, traveling, visiting their children in FL and NV, and also raising chickens and gardening.
Most importantly, Lynette firmly believes understands that our Creator designed our bodies to heal and that He also provided everything we need for optimal health. Also, we are all unique and deserve an individualized approach to care.
Her mission is to serve others with compassion, empathy, passion, truth, and knowledge as they navigate their wellness journey—metabolically, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally.
As a Terrain Advocate, she has the privilege and honor of coming alongside individuals facing cancer diagnoses and other chronic metabolic challenges, offering steadfast support and encouragement. Her foundation in Psychology and experience in the field of mental health, combined with her training as an MTIH Terrain Advocate, completion of Cancer Peace University and ConnectUP training, and her lived experience of caring for her husband through his cancer journey, have equipped her with a diverse and compassionate skill set for advocacy. Above all, her faith serves as the cornerstone of her guidance and strength.
As a military spouse of over 30 years, she has lived in ten states, Japan, and South America. These experiences have cultivated in her a wealth of perspective, adaptability, loyalty, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to truly listen—helping others thrive even in dynamic and challenging environments.
She is committed to encouraging, empowering, educating, and supporting individuals who desire to assess, improve, and enhance their metabolic health in collaboration with their healthcare team. Above all, she is a steadfast follower of Jesus Christ, and it is this faith that equips and guides her each and every day.
